Need to cancel?

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Since we dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment, please contact us as soon as possible.

How to Request a Cancellation

2. Fill in your order number, name, and phone number.

3. Include your reason for cancellation, if you'd like.

4. Send the email. We'll confirm your cancellation by email.

What Happens Next?

• Order not yet dispatched: We'll cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Order already dispatched: Unfortunately, the order can no longer be cancelled. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please visit our Return & Replacement page for assistance.
