Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Stickzzz, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our cancellation, replacement, and refund policy below.

1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment.

  • Before dispatch: You can request a cancellation and receive a full refund.

  • After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled.

Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or includes a design different from the one you ordered, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Visit our Return & Replacement page.

  2. Provide your order number.

  3. Upload a clear photo or a short unboxing video showing the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • We'll send you a free replacement.

  • You do not need to return the damaged or incorrect item.

  • If a replacement is not possible, we'll issue a refund.

3. Items We Cannot Accept for Returns or Replacements

We cannot accept requests for the following:

  • Stickers that have already been applied or used.

  • Change-of-mind requests after delivery.

  • Minor colour differences between your screen and the printed sticker due to differences in display settings and printing.

This does not affect your ability to report a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item under the policy above.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take additional time to appear in your account.
